基于结构方程的林木生物质能源企业与林农合作关系研究

根据关系契约理论和行为经济学理论,以林木生物质能源企业与林农合作关系为研究对象,运用结构方程模型实证探究影响林农与企业间合作关系稳定性和有效性的关键因素。结果表明:合作行为、环境条件及农户认知对林农企业间合作关系的有效性产生正向影响,承诺、信任及合作行为对林农企业间合作关系稳定性有正向影响。在分析各影响因素具体的作用原理的基础上,针对如何更好地促进林木生物质能源企业与林农有效合作、保障林木生物质能源产业原料供应稳定提出相应的政策建议。

Study on Partnership between Forest Biomass Energy Enterprises and Farmers Based on Structural Equation Model

According to the theory of relational contract and behavioral economics,this paper studies partnership between forest biomass energy businesses and farmers. By using the structural equation model,we analyze the key factors which influence the stability and the effectiveness of the partnership most. The results show that cooperative behavior, environmental conditions and farmers' cognition have a positive impact on effectiveness of cooperation between farmers and firms,while commitment,trust and cooperative behavior have a positive impact on the stability of partnership between business and farmers. Based on these analysis,we propose some corresponding policy recommendations in order to promote forest biomass energy companies and farmers to cooperate more effectively,and to provide forest biomass energy industry with a more stable supply of raw materials.
