| 摘 要： | 高新区评价指标体系和评价模型具有重要的理论和现实意义,不仅有利于各区域了解其创新创业能力的相对强弱,更有利于了解其创新创业能力各方面的优势和不足。而人工神经网络具有自学习、自组织、自适应和容错性等很多优点,本文根据人工神经网络的原理和方法来进行高新区创新创业能力评价,并给出了评价实例。

| Abstract: | The index evaluation system and model of high-tech zones has important theory and reality meanings. It attributes to not only that every zone leans the relative level of its innovation&enterprise capability but also that every zone leans its advantages and disadvantages for innovation&enterprise capability, and has a lot of merits of self-leaning, self-adjusting and such like. The evaluation system based on the neural network is initially set up the applied example is put forword in the light of the evaluation problem of innovation&enterprise capability of zone. |
