| 摘 要： | 目前，中国对东亚地区的直接投资存量占其对整个世界直接投资存量的70％多。中国跨国企业为什么主要选择在东亚地区进行直接投资？文章从制度和传统经济学的视角来探讨中国跨国企业在东亚地区直接投资选址的多重原因，提出有利于中国跨国企业在东亚直接投资选址的对策建议。诸如加强与东亚各国的政策、制度的协调和文化的交流，政府要对跨国企业提供政策、信息咨询，企业应根据自身情况合理选择东亚投资区域，加强企业在东亚直接投资的广度和深度等。

| Abstract: | At present ,Chinese OFDI in Asia accounts for 70% of its’OFDI on the whole world .Most Chi-nese MNEs choose Asia as their OFDI areas .This thesis studies the location choice of Chinese MNEs’OF-DI in Asia from institutional and economic perspectives ,and puts forward countermeasures which are bene-ficial for Chinese MNEs’OFDI location choice ,such as coordinating the policies with east Asian countries , providing consultation ,choosing suitable OFDI location according to the Chinese enterprises ’situation ,en-hancing the wideness and deepness of Chinese OFDI in east Asia . |
