中国省域资源可持续利用能力动态综合评价研究--基于熵值理论和理想点法

文章首先宏观分析了中国资源可持续利用能力的现状，然后通过建立指标体系，并根据2001-2010年10年间各省数据，综合运用熵值法、最小方差法、理想点法，得出了全国各省域资源可持续利用能力动态综合评价结果；然后再通过指标权重分析，发现我国资源可持续利用能力的主要驱动因子为资源利用的经济效益与效率、资源存量以及对环境的影响。动态综合分析发现，整体上省域资源可持续利用能力与经济发展水平正相关，而部分省份呈现波动。最后通过聚类分析，对三种发展水平的省份提出了相应的建议。

A Study on Dynamic Comprehensive Evaluation of Resources Sustainable Utilization Ability in Chinese Provinces---Based on the entropy theory and ideal point method

The paper firstly macroscopically analyzes the current situation of Chinese resources sustainable utilization ability , and secondly through establishing index systems , obtains the dynamic comprehensive e-valuation results of the national provincial resources sustainable utilization ability according to the ten years’provincial data from 2001 to 2010, with the integrated usage of Entropy method , the Minimum vari-ance method , the ideal point method .Then through the analysis of the index weight , the paper found that in our country , the main driving factors for resources sustainable utilization are the economic benefit and ef -ficiency of resource utilization , resource stocks and environmental impact .The dynamic comprehensive a-nalysis found that the provincial resources sustainable utilization ability is positively related to the level of economic development on the whole , while some provinces fluctuated .Finally the paper came up with cor-responding suggestions for the provinces with three kinds of development level by cluster analysis .
