| Abstract: | The relationship between industrial policy and economic law has been one focus of economic law scholars. This paper attempts to explore from the definition of industrial policy, industrial policy and economic law differences and connections, finally made the relationship between industrial policy and the economic law, which can provide a reference for future industrial policy research. |
