中资银行对私客户业务拓展渠道的研究

摘    要:金融危机背景下,国内商业银行面临着是采用消极的收缩防守策略还是采用积极的深耕挖潜策略来应对危机的抉择。在国际业务日落千丈,对公信贷风险增大的情况下,挖掘对私客户,提升中高端客户的忠诚度,夯实银行的客户基础成为商业银行抵御风险求得长远发展的突破口。本文重点对国内商业银行如何挖掘和提升中高端客户进行了分析,阐述了传统客户拓展方式并提出了优化建议。同时,也提出了一些较新的客户拓展方法,尤其是对商业银行与特约商户之间的新合作模式进行了建设性探讨。
