后家庭联产承包责任制时期我国农地制度创新研究

该文通过分析后家庭联产承包责任制时期土地制度的缺陷,对未来我国农地制度的安排做出了新的设计,即:近期农地制度的改革和未来农地制度的再创新———土地国有家庭永包单户继承的家庭农场制度。

The Study on Innovations in China's Rural Land System in Post-household Contracted Responsibility System

China is a large agricultural country and land is fundamental to its millions upon millions of peasants. Any change of land institutions will influence both the immediate interests of them and the stability of the society. From the point of view of institutions and property rights, the present thesis will analyze the land institutions. And it also explores how to perfect the land institutions in China's countryside on the basis of household contracted responsibility system with the remuneration linked to output, and proposes a new arrangement in China's land institutions--a household farm institutions with the state-owned land, permanent household contracted responsibility system and solely inheritor.
