旅华主要群体外国游客旅游满意度研究——以云南省为例

本文以国家自然科学基金项目“中国不同群体入境游客旅游行为模式研究”的市场调查数据为基础，运用数理统计方法．对云南五大主要群体入境游客旅游满意度进行系统对比分析．发现整体上云南省五大群体入境游客的满意度较高，且满意度因游客的地域、社会文化背景和个体心理差异而不同．并与旅游动机和旅游方式密切相关，这些规律对旅游开发实践和理论研究均具有指导意义。

Study on the Satisfaction of the Main Inbound Tourist in China——Case in Yunnan Province

Based on the date of tourism market investigation in Yunnan, analysis the whole decision process of foreigner tourist in Yunnan through system ways. Some useful conclusion can be drown that most foreigner tourists in Yunnan are more satisfactory to travel in china, the satisfaction of tourist experience are different depending on the tourist background of society, culture, and individual character, that the experience are closely related to tourist motive and mode. Then in may be helpful for tourism theory and practice.
