| 摘 要： | 家族企业在向现代化企业迈进的过程中,委托-代理问题一直未能得到有效解决。西方家族企业委托-代理制的成功运作,有效地化解了家族企业管理的缺陷,证明了家族企业推行委托-代理制的可行性。本文从分析家族企业管理模式的弊端入手,提出“委托-代理”制将是完善家族企业可持续发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | On the course of family enterprises modernization,the commissioned-agent system hasn't been solved so far.In Western countries,commissioned-ag ent system solved effectively some flaws existing in their management,and had p roven its feasibility for family enterprises.On the basis of analyzing the flaw s existing in management of family enterprises,this paper puts forward that the commissioned-agent system is an important way for family enterprises to keep s ustainable development. |
