| 摘 要： | 本文对体裁分析方法、商务英语体裁分析的步骤进行了阐述。并利用体裁分析方法对商务信函进行了具体的分析。通过对一篇还盘信函的剖析，笔者认为，商务英语信函的特殊交际功能决定了其体裁的特殊性。因此，分析不同的商务信函，需对其交际目的、语篇程式，语言功能、主要语气和语用策略等进行分析，才能更好地理解和创作出符合国际贸易特定体裁惯例的语篇。

| Abstract: | This paper expounds the characteristics of genre analysis and the processes of genre analysis of business English discourse. The method of genre analysis is then applied to the practical analysis of business letter discourses. Through the analysis of a counteroffer letter, the writer argues that the special communicative functions of business English letters decide their uniqueness in genre. Therefore, when different business letters are dealt with, communicative purposes, discourse patterns, language functions, main moods, and pragmatic strategies have to be analyzed integratedly. Thus, we can well understand and write the discourses which correspond with unique genre requirements in international trade. |
