近年来,我国劳资双方矛盾,已成为社会关注的问题之一,而政府作为国家公共权力和公共利益的代表,在构建和谐劳资关系方面应该发挥积极的作用。本文通过对劳资关系的博弈分析以及政府在协调劳资关系中作用的分析,提出了相关对策建议,以期为提高政府绩效提供理论依据。

The Effect of Government in Building Harmonious Relationship between the Labors and Capitals

Recently,the conflict between the labors and capitals has become an important problem cared by the society.However,the government,as the present of public rights and interests,should make great effect on building the harmonious relationship between the labors and capitals.The author analyses the effect of government in coordinating the relationship and uses game theory to analysis the relationship between the labors and capitals,giving some advice for the sake of providing some theory basis for the government can make great effort sufficiently.
