| 摘 要： | 国内法学界对于垄断行为刑法规制的研究和关注偏少,《反垄断法》出台在即,本文从分析垄断行为的类型及其危害性着手,并结合《反垄断法(草案)》相关条款的规定,剖析了我国垄断行为刑法规制的缺陷,进而提出若干立法建议。
