| 摘 要： | 农业产业化的产业组织即农业产业化各主体之间的关系,本文运用现代产业组织理论对农业产业化的主体即农户和加工企业这两个层次的横向关系与纵向关系进行分析,指出我国农业产业化产业组织存在的具体问题并提出了针对性的对策。

| Abstract: | The agricultural industrinizational organization is the relations among agricultural integration main component.This paper utilizes the modern industrial organization theory analysis the main component of the agricultural integration-the farms and the agricultural products process enterprises in crosswise and vertical relations point out their problems and give some measure to solve them. |
