互联网金融驱动创新机制研究

互联网金融发展中的现实问题必须从其驱动创新机制和业态演化路径中寻求答案。本文用复杂系统理论、平台经济学和制度变迁理论为互联网金融的产生与发展寻求理论依据，构建制度改革、技术进步、市场变化和组织变革促进互联网金融发展的“四力”驱动机制，集成数据层、规则层和应用层的“三层联动”创新机制，然后用生态竞争理论来刻画互联网金融各种业态之间的演化路径。

Study on the Driving and Innovation Mechanism of Internet Finance

The answers to the problems in the development of internet finance must be found from its driving and innova-tion mechanisms and the evolution routes to its business formats. This paper first of all seeks to establish a theoretical basis for internet finance from the perspectives of complex system theory, platform economics and institution change theory, and then sets up a driving mechanism for the development of internet finance including system reform, technical progress, market chan-ges and organizational reform, and the innovation mechanism integrated by data, rules and applications, and lastly portrays the evolution route between the different business formats of internet finance from the theory of ecological competition.
