制度压力、客户需求与绿色供应链的实践模式选择--基于4省262家公司的数据调查

本文借鉴制度理论，探讨绿色供应链管理实践模式的选择，认为强制性和合作性模式的选择取决于制度压力(模拟压力、规范压力和强制压力)和下游客户对绿色供应链管理的需求。通过分析262家公司的调查数据后发现，强制性和合作性绿色供应链管理实践由完全不同的因素驱动，制度压力明显决定着合作性绿色供应链管理，而强制性模式在更大程度上由下游客户需求驱动，下游客户需求调节合作性模式，对强制性模式没有显著效应。

Institutional Pressure,Customer Demands and the Model Selection of GSCM---Based on the Data Surveyed from 262 Companies in Four Provinces

Drawing on the institutional theory, this paper probes into the mode selection of green supply chain manage-ment practice. The results show that the coercive and cooperative mode choice depends on the institutional pressure ( mimetic, normative and coercive) and the demand of the downstream customers for green supply chain management. Through the analy-sis of the survey data of 262 companies, the paper finds that the coercive or cooperative mode selection of green supply chain management practice is driven by different factors:Institutional pressure significantly determines the choice of the cooperative green supply chain management, whereas the coercive mode, to a larger extent, is driven by the downstream customer de-mand, which adjusts the cooperative mode, but has no significant effects on the coercive mode.
