| 摘 要： | 我国农村社会养老保险不能顺利开展的直接原因在于农保制度供给不力,如相关制度未能及时修订等。当前,由于农民分化为纯农户、农民工和失地农民,在制度供给上也应针对不同农民实行分类制度保障,只有这样才能更好地保障农民老有所养。

| Abstract: | A direct reason that China′s rural social endowment insurance cannot be successfully carried out is inadequate supply of agricultural insurance system,such as failure to amend other related systems.At present,because farmers differentiate into farmers,migrant workers and landless farmers,supply in system should also focus on a different classification system to protect the peasants,which is the only way to guarantee farmers ′ sense of security. |
