| 摘 要： | 金融中介机构为什么会存在,这一金融学的最基本问题,随着银行业危机的出现又一次重新被人们所重视。信息经济学的提出,为金融中介理论提供了新的理论基础,从而弥补了传统金融中介理论的不足。本文将对这一理论作简要介绍。
