| 摘 要： | 社会保障支出水平是社会保障体系中的关键要素。针对浙江省社会保障支出水平的现状,通过省际比较和国际比较发现浙江省社保支出水平存在差距。为此,应提高社会保障支出水平、建立＂起点低、全覆盖＂社会保障体系、加大财政社会保障支出。
