| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the problem of honest market credit by using economics theories,non-honest business acts lead to transacting cost going up and enterprises' size shrinking and marketing efficiency declining. The other effect is that the system deveolpment will be delayed and the principle of fairness and efficiency will be diminished.All this factors will hamper economics development in China.In addition, we catch up with the way to cope with the problem. |
