区域经济发展模式决策、选择与执行问题研究

经济发展模式是指一定时期内国民经济发展战略及其生产力要素增长机制、运行原则的特殊类型,其包括经济发展的目标、方式、重心、步骤等系列要素。不同的经济发展模式对区域经济发展会产生不同的作用和意义。在当前以政府投资拉动机制向市场机制转轨过程中,深入研究经济发展模式具有重大理论意义与现实意义。本文结合具体实际,通过对区域经济发展模式与区域经济发展相关性内在机理分析入手,对东北区域及区域各层次主要经济发展模式决策、选择与执行中存在的主要问题进行研究,并有针对性地提出政策建议。

The Research on Problems in Decision,Choice,and Implementation about Regional Economic Development

The economic development mode is a special type about national economic development strategy,productivity growth mechanism and operating principles,including the aim,method,steps,etc.,for the economic development.The results and significance varies,with modes of economic development changing.Based on reality,this paper studies the problems in decision-making,choice and implementation of economic development in every layer in the northeast,through analysis on correlation between regional economic development mode and regional economic development.
