| 摘 要： | 要解决中小企业贷款难的问题，当前最有效的办法是建立和完善中小企业信用担保体系。本文拟从我国中小企业信用担保的发展现状入手，介绍了发达国家中小企业信用担保的成功经验，指出了我国中小企业担保存在的问题，并对如何健全和完善中小企业信用担保提出了建议对策。

| Abstract: | The most effective way for small and medium- sized businesses to solve their credit issues is to establish and improve credit guarantee mechanism for them. The paper discusses credit guarantee circumstances in China, introduces successful experience from developed countries, points out issues existing in credit quarantee and in the meantime puts forward suggestions on how to improve credit quarantee in China. |
