| 摘 要： | 《行政诉讼法》自1990年颁布以来，对限制行政机关权力滥用，推进法制化进程起到了重要作用，但是这部法律也凸显出一些问题。本文结合英美和大陆两大法系，对行政诉讼管辖中的概念、特征和具体情况做初步阐述，对我国行政诉讼管辖存在的问题及如何完善我国行政诉讼管辖制度进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Since the "Administrative procedure law" promulgated from 1990,it not only limits the abuse of power,but also promots the legal process.However,the law also showed some problems.First of all,This paper will combine the Anglo-American and continental in two law systems.Having a preliminary understanding for its concept,characteristics and specific conditions,it finally gives some suggestions on ways to reform and perfect the law based on the existing problems of our administrative lawsuit jurisdiction. |
