网络环境下的商标权保护

信息技术飞速发展,人类进入互联网时代。与此同时,网络环境下知识产权纠纷也日益增多,涉及网络服务的商标权纠纷就是其中一种。而网络环境下商标保护面临的最大问题,又莫过于域名与现有商标权的冲突。本文通过分析网络环境下侵犯商标权的各种表现形式,着重分析域名与商标的权利冲突,然后对应找出相应的解决途径,旨在促进网络知识产权更加开放,更加和谐地发展。

Trademark Protection under Network Environment

With the rapid development of information technology,mankind has entered the era of the Internet.At the same time,intellectual property disputes under the network environment increases,trademark disputes related to network services is one of them.The biggest issue of trademark protection in the network environment is the domain name conflicts with an existing trademark.This article analyses the forms of violations of trademark rights in the network environment,focuses on the analysis of conflict between domain name and trademark rights,and then finds the appropriate solutions,which aims at promoting more open network of intellectual property with more harmonious development.
