摘    要:论文分析了液压转向油箱在机械设备中作用及目前使用中存在的缺陷,采用磁吸附原理,研究一种具有呼吸透气功能,强磁吸附的转向油箱,给出了结构组成,说明了工作方法,针对机械设备中转向系统液压油中杂质过滤、金属屑的吸附,设计出一种通过海绵与透气油碗结构提高油箱容积的新式油箱,给出了各零件结构的关系。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the effect of the hydraulic steering tank on the mechanical devices and defects in use at present, uses magnetic adsorption principle to study the steering tank with good permeability and strong magnetic adsorption, gives the structure and composition, and shows the working method. For the filter impurities and adsorption of metal shavings in the hydraulic oil of mechanical equipment steering system, it designs a new tank which can improve the oil tank capacity through the sponge and breathable oil bowl structure and gives the relationship among the various parts of the structure.
