| 摘 要： | 1991年以来印度经济自由化,印度政府实施“软件科技园计划”,科技园区模式带动印度经济跨越式发展。文章以印度经济为背景,展现印度软件科技园和生物科技园两大类园区发展现状,结合我国高新区优化产业结构、转变发展方式、提高竞争力的“二次创业”,得出几点启示。

| Abstract: | Following the economic liberalization of 1991,the India govemment established the plan of software technology parks, and this technology park mode promotes the development of Indian economy.In this paper the Indian economy is stated and the evolution of software technology parks and biotech parks in India are presented.Combined with the development of National New & Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone in China,Some revelations are put forward. |
