| 摘 要： | 存款保险有显性和隐性两种形式。近年来,显性存款保险制度在全球范围内获得了快速发展。存款保险制度会最终影响到政府的财政成本。本文从财政成本这个新的角度来分析存款保险制度如何影响财政成本,并借鉴国际经验,探索该如何优化存款保险制度设计特征以减少财政成本。

| Abstract: | Deposit insurance includes two forms: implicit and explicit. The explicit deposit insurance has become an increasingly used tool by governments in recent years. The design feature of the deposit insurance will ultimately influence fiscal cost. This paper mainly discusses the deposit insurance how to influence fiscal cost. Moreover, this paper presents how to control fiscal cost by optimizing the design of the deposit insurance. |
