优化中国高校教师的科研绩效评估体系研究

摘    要:针对高校教师这一特定职业,在目前部分高校针对教师科研绩效评估采用“工作定额制”的背景下,进行高校教师科研绩效评估体系的优化研究。首先对目前部分高校教师科研绩效评估的现状进行剖析,并指出存在的问题;接着从评估指导思想、现行评估体制、学科差异性等角度进行了原因探索;最后提出针对高校教师科研绩效评估的优化对策。

Abstract:Under the circumstance of some colleges and universities adopting"job quota system"to evaluate teachers, this paper researches on college Teachers'optimize system performance evaluation.Firstly, it analysis the current performance evaluation of scientific research and points out the problem;secondly, it gives the reasons from several aspects such as the guiding ideology, the current assessment system and the differences between subjects;finally the paper proposes countermeasures to optimize the system.
