| 摘 要： | 地方政府投融资平台的健康规范发展对整个国民经济的强劲复苏至关重要,而其井喷式非常规的爆发引起了社会各界的广泛关注。在界定投融资平台内涵和特征的基础上,运用羊群行为理论解释了地方政府投融资平台井喷式发展的内在机理,认为这是一种地方政府利益驱动下争夺资源的非理性羊群行为,并揭示了井喷式发展蕴涵的风险,由此从治理地方政府羊群行为角度提出防范风险的政策措施。
