基于ArcObjects和COM-Add-Ins乡级土地利用总体规划辅助编制系统设计与实现

研究目的：探讨基于ArcObjects开发乡级土地利用总体规划辅助编制信息工具集的技术路径。研究方法：针对乡级土地利用总体规划编制特点，在ArcObjects基础上，通过COM-Add-Ins的集成和解耦设计，充分应用ArcObjects空间计算、Excel数据统计、Matlab的数值分析和系统仿真的功能，设计和实现集成式乡级土地利用总体规划辅助编制系统（TLUPCS)。研究结果：TLUPCS系统实现了空间关系计算、净面积计算、指标空间关联计算、报表统计、图件设置、属性赋值和决策支持等规划辅助编制功能。研究结论： TLUPCS系统可以有效满足规划编制人员的实际业务需求，系统框架富有弹性，能够有效应对业务规则的变化，证明基于ArcObjects和COM-Add-Ins的开发技术方法是有效和先进的。

Design and Implementation of Township Land Use Planning CAD System Based on ArcObjects and COM-Add-Ins

The purpose of this paper is to explore the development method of CAD toolsets for the township land use planning based on ArcObjects. Method is own-developed CAD systems, i.e., the township land use planning CAD system (TLUPCS), which was designed and developed via integrating and decoupling pattern based on ArcObjects and COM-Add-Ins. The system includes some advantages, such as ArcObjects (spatial analysis), Excel (statistics) and Matlab (numerical analysis and system simulation). TLUPCS comprises modules of spatial correlation calculation, net area calculation, quota & space correlation calculation, statistics and tabulation, maps automation, attribute setting and decision supporting. The results show that 1) TLUPCS meets the actual needs of the planners effectively; 2) the framework is so flexible that the system can deal with changes of planning institutions effectively; 3) and the development method based on ArcObjects and COM-Add-Ins is effective and advanced.
