国企改革与企业流程重组

中国国有企业的改革需要完成两个创新 :产权制度创新和管理制度创新。在经济全球化和企业外部环境发生了巨大变化的今天 ,传统的管理思想已不能适应这种变化 ,本文提出了外界环境变化对企业的挑战和传统管理思想在新时代中的不足 ,从而引入企业流程重组 (BPR)在企业管理创新中的必要性 ,并对BPR的实施进行详细的论述

The reform of state-owned enteprises and business process reengineering

The reform of Chinese state owned enterprises needs to complete two innovations,that is the innovation of ownership rule and management rule.With the globalize of economy and slso the gigantic change of outside environment,the traditional management system could not any more adapt to the above change.In this text,the challenge to enterprises by outside environment and the disadvantage of traditional management system in new era which caused the necessity of BPR in the innovation of enterprise management is introduced and the detailed putting into action of BPR are also illustrated.
