摘    要:高水平的教师专业素质是培养高素质高职人才的根本保障,是推进高职教育快速发展的核心所在。本文从决定教师专业素质关键因素的教师专业发展特征入手,分析当前我国高职院校教师专业发展的主要影响因素,提出高职院校教师专业发展的特殊特征。

Abstract:Teachers of high professional levels are the basic guarantee for training high leveled talents and the core elements for the rapid development of higher professional education. The paper starts with the Characteristics of discipline development of Teachers, a key element deciding their professional level, analyzed the main factors affecting the development and put forward related suggestions.
