| 摘 要： | 现有的国有资产授权经营信托化模式设计存在诸多缺陷,其一方面无法保证国有资产授权经营制度目标的实现,另一方面违背了信托法的一般原理,国有资产授权信托化法制模式应该重塑委托人、受托人和受益人制度。
