东北三省投入产出配比价值系数分析

自从20世纪90年代以来,随着市场化进程的加速和改革的逐步深入,东北地区成为受灾最严重的地区,经济总量占全国的比重明显下降,大量工人下岗,一批国有大中型企业陷入亏损和十分艰难的境地。造成这种被动局面除观念、体制等因素外,投资也是主要的因素。本文比较系统地分析了东北三省经济建设过程中投入与产出之间的配比关系,得出的结论可供中央政府策、选择宏观调控的目标和重点时参考。

An Analysis on the Contrast Value Coefficient of the Input and Output in the Northeast Three Provinces

With the acceleration of the marketing process and the deepening of the reformation, the northeast zone has been impacted seriously, its gross economy production has fallen behind in the proportion of the whole country and a party of country - owned enterprises has fallen into a dangerous dilemma since the 90s of the 20th century. The main cause is the lack of investment except for the laggard conception and system. This paper scientifically analyses the contrast relationship of the input and output of the economy construction in the northeast zone, and the author hopes the conclusions can provide some reference when the central government draw up the future relevant policies.
