| 摘 要： | 制约外商对华直接投资技术外溢效应有诸多因素,其中,我国企业与外商直接投资企业的产业联系是关键性因素之一。本文分析了产业联系在FDI技术外溢中的重要作用以及我国企业与外商投资企业的产业联系的现状,并在此基础上提出加强国内企业与外国直接投资企业的产业联系,促进FDI技术外溢效应的相关对策。

| Abstract: | Several factors constrain the technology spillover effects of FDI in China- among which the linkage between domestic industry and foreign is one of the most important factors. This paper analyzes the importance of industry linkage to the technology spillover effects of FDI- and the status quo of industry linkage between domestic enterprises and foreign TNCs. The paper then suggests some countermeasures. |
