| 摘 要： | 近年来,河南省对外贸易发展迅速,进出口结构不断优化。但从总体上说,外贸发展方式粗放问题还很突出,如出口商品技术含量低、进口规模较小且结构不合理、外贸企业竞争力弱等。河南省经济发展方式粗放是导致外贸发展方式粗放的根本原因。除此之外,能源原材料工业比重大、科技投入低和创新能力弱等也是重要制约因素。要转变河南省外贸发展方式,就必须提高对转变外贸发展方式重要性的认识,加大支持和引导力度,增强自主创新能力,尽快培育更多的出口品牌,优化出口商品结构,不断扩大进口贸易规模。
