High rate of breaching behavior between company and farmer has been a hard problem which had restricted development of agricultural industrialization in our country . Basing on modern contract theory, invaldation of contract design, self-enforcing mechanism and the third magament mechanism are root of the hard problem . So we should take measures form creating new contract-designing model , fostering ageny ogranization,strengthening education of credit and perfecting supervising-mechanism.
