| 摘 要： | 提高高校党委科学决策水平，是提高高校党建工作科学化水平的应有之意。我们要把握科学决策的内涵与本质，用科学理论指导高校党委科学决策；找准科学决策的方法与路径，用科学方法推进高校党委科学决策；创新科学决策的体制与机制，用科学制度保障高校党委科学决策；从而保证高校党委决策科学规范有效有序，保证高校党建工作科学化水平不断提升。 |
