| 摘 要： | 伴随着新加坡经济40余年的持续增长，其公共住房发展取得了巨大成功。基于新加坡住房体系和公共住房发展概况，回顾新加坡公共住房分配体系演变历程，对比分析当前新加坡实施的各种公共住房分配制度并对其进行分类，试图从整体上把握新加坡公共住房分配体系的特点。文章得出结论：新加坡公共住房分配体系是一个动态的、不断完善的体系。该体系中各种不同的分配制度都有各自的适用性，并且相互问互为补充，为不同时期公共住房的发展目标服务。 |
