| 摘 要： | 通过对大庆市地表水环境状况的实地调查与现场监测．用数据全面地综合分析了大庆市地表水环境现状及其存在的问题，同时客观地提出了水资源所具备的战略意义及对保证社会与国民经济可持续发展的重要意义。并对大庆市地表水环境综合整治提出了相关方案和建设性措施。
