| 摘 要： | 区域产业结构的状况和转换能力,不仅决定了某一地区经济增长的速度和效果,而且在很大程度上制约着自身随经济增长而逐步高度化的能力,本文运用因子分析方法,对新疆天山北坡经济带11个主要市、县的产业结构转换能力进行分析评价,并依据评价结果对天山北坡经济带产业结构的转换升级提出相应对策建议.
