| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会，需要完善和谐社会的政治基础、社会基础、文化基础和法律基础。其中最为重要的是完善法律基础，通过构建社会主义法治社会，运用完善的法律对社会关系进行全面有效的调整。经济法作为社会主义法律体系中一个十分重要的部门法，其产生的历史、价值取向、本质、基本原则等都与和谐社会的基本特征相吻合。因此。经济法在和谐社会的构建中可以发挥重要的制度保障作用，而重新完善经济法具体制度则是作用发挥的基础。
