| 摘 要： | 中国目前已进入快速的工业化和城市化时期,人口的集中、扩散现象两者兼有。韩国与我国地域临近,经济联系密切,1960年代～1990年代,经历了大规模的人口集中、扩散转换,在不同时期政府采取了不同的政策,经过40多年的发展取得了惊人的发展,对我国具有很重要的参考价值。分析了首尔人口的集散特征,接着从就业机会、住房供给和区域政策3方面分析了首尔人口集散的原因,最后针对我国的具体实际,结合首尔的研究提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | China is experiencing rapid industrialization and urbanization.Agglomeration and dispersion policy of population is becoming more and more frequent.Many people moved from rural areas to urban areas in Korea since the 1960s,and suburbanization appeared in the 1970s.This paper analysed the spatial characteristics of population's agglomeration and dispersion policy firstly,then it discussed the underlying factors including Job opportunity,housing supply and regional policies.At last it proposed some suggest according to the experience in Korea. |
