| 摘 要： | 科技型大学衍生公司的价值形成机理是指导其生存和发展的理论基础。本文首先分析了科技型大学衍生公司价值形成的关键影响要素;在此基础上,研究了基于智力资本的科技型大学衍生公司的价值形成机理,并形成理论模型;同时,利用结构方程模型验证了理论假设,并对实证结果做出分析。

| Abstract: | Value creation mechanism of scientific and technological university spin-off(STUS) provides theoretical principles for its survival and development.This paper analyzes the key impact factors on the value creation of STUS.And it investigates the value creation mechanism of STUS,and establishes the theoretical model.By using structural equation model,it further verifies the theoretical hypothesis and analyzes the practical results. |
