ReSearch on Management Mechanism Innovation of Camellia Oleifera Industry in Hunan

Industrialization of Camellia Oleifera is a Compound industry which Sets one or two,three industries in one,fine management mechanism is the precondition of making the enterprise bigger and stronger.This article studies the bewilderments of Hunan traditional Camellia Oleifera industry,analyzes its new opportunity recently.On the basis of analysis,from the modern economic forest management angle,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to promote modern Camellia Oleifera industry development.
