| 摘 要： | 尝试运用较为成熟的层次分析法建立大小兴安岭林业生态功能区可持续发展评价体系,从而对林业资源型地区转型重点进行量化,并且以黑龙江大兴安岭地区为研究样本,实证分析生态功能区可持续发展评价体系的实用价值,根据评价结果论证指标体系的合理性并提出若干建议,旨在为资源型地区进行全方位转型提供必要参考。

| Abstract: | This thesis intends to significantly quantify the transformation in forestry resource regions by means of establishing Estimate System for sustainable development of forestry ecological functional regions via the fairly mature analytic hierarchy process.Taking Khingan range in Heilongjiang as the sample,this thesis tries to analyze the practical value of the Estimate System mentioned above,then makes several recommendations on indext system,according to evaluation results,hence,to provide a reference for overall reformation in forestry resource cities and regions in northeast China. |
