中国林业企业可持续发展研究

总结了可持续发展对中国林业企业发展的要求,在分析其现状的基础上剖析了中国林业企业存在生产技术落后、林业企业规模小、经营模式陈旧等问题,进一步探讨了所存在问题的原因主要有企业人才制约、融资吸引力低等,最后提出了加大科技投入、改善融资环境、加强人力资源开发、转变经营模式以及加强核心能力建设的建议。

Research on the Sustainable Development of Forestry Enterprises in China under the Economic Globalization

Summarised the demands of forestry enterprise in China which sustainable development ask for.On the basis of the current situation,several questions being raised,such as manufacturing technology is backward,the scale of forestry enterprise is small,the business model is old.Based on those problems this article discuss the reason of it.The restrict of enterprise talents,low finance attractive and so on are concluded in the reasons.Finally it according to the forward questions and reasons put forward some corresponding countermeasures,such as increasing the investment of science and technology,improving finance environment,changing management mode,strengthening the development of manpower resources and core competence.
