生物大分子包覆的纳米磁流体的制备和性质

摘    要:生物大分子包覆的纳米磁流体是一类重要的生物材料,近年来广泛应用在细胞学、免疫学、微生物学、分子生物学及临床诊断与治疗等许多领域.本课题选用纳米尺度铁酸盐(如铁酸钴、铁酸锌)作为磁流体,合成的磁纳米晶呈现均匀的针状.再使用壳聚糖及聚乳酸等生物大分子对磁流体的表面进行修饰,以改善磁流体的生物相容性.并使用傅立叶红外光谱法、电子显微镜观察等手段对制备的纳米磁流体进行了表征.

Abstract:The magnetic nanocrystals covered by bio -molecule is a kind of important biomaterials, which is used broadly in lots of fields in recent years, such as cytology,immunology, microbiology,mole-biology, and clinical diagnose or therapy. In this paper,MFe2O4 (M=Co2+, Zn2+) nanocrystals are used as magnetic fluids,which are synthesized through the co-precipitation of Co2 + and Fe3+, with urea as the mineralizer and oleic acid as the morphology regulator. The obtained magnetic nanocrystals are homogeneously needleshaped. Then, to improve the biocompatibility of the magnetic nanocrystals,chitosan or polylactide is used to modify the surface of magnetic nanocrystals. The products are characterized by transmission electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.
