The Coonotation,Training and Practice of Vocational Skills of Accounting Profession at Higher Vocational Colleges

The cultivation of three professional skills of accounting profession is a complex systematic engineering.In respect to the patterns to improve the teaching quality and the practical condition of higher vocational education,following works must be done in training the professional skills: integrating teaching with producing,a pattern unifying colleges and businesses,to complement each other's advantages and pursuing a talent training model combining the teaching and practice,a cooperation between colleges and enterprises,to enhance practical teaching and internship effect.In addition,colleges must reform the curriculum system,teaching content,and educational modes to improve students' professional skills;improve professional skill evaluation methods to inspire students' learning passion;build a stable,qualified teacher team with full-time and part-time teachers;fully understand the exact meaning and content of professional skills that students need to acquire to prepare for a coordinated campaign that demands efforts of every participant.
