管理规则转化路径及不良管理潜规则的规避

企业管理的显规则和潜规则共同构成了企业管理活动中对立统一的规则体系。潜规则和显规则不仅自身在不断变化，而且是可以相互转化的，潜规则可以变成显规则，显规则也可以变成潜规则。本文通过分析潜规则与显规则的转化关系，界定了灰色度的概念。企业管理中存在的不良潜规则，使得企业内部管理混乱，各种显规则形同虚设，从而加大了企业的交易成本，给企业造成了危害。找出管理显规则与潜规则相互转化的路径，使良性管理潜规则显性化，对企业不良管理潜规则进行规避，从而达到提高企业管理效率的目标。

The Conversion Route of Business Management and How to Evade the Malign Potential Rules

The system of business rules and regulations is made up of the formal rules and the potential rules. The two categories of rules are in unity of the opposites. They lake changes often, and some of them are interchangeable; the potential rules may convert into the formal ones, or vice versa. Model patterns are established to analyze the conversion route between the potential and the formal rules, and the concept of greyness is defined. The malign potential rules may lead to the interior inefficient management and thus do harm to the enterprise in pushing up the cost of business. The authors try to find out the conversion route between the formal and the potential rules in business management so as to promote the externalization of the virtuous potential rules, improve and restrain the malign potential ones and in crease the efficiency of the business management of an enterprises.
