| 摘 要： | 农业剩余劳动力转移是工业扣现代化的必然结果扣趋势，也是解决我国“三农”问题的根本途径。本文首先介绍了我国农业剩余劳动力现状，然后逐一分析三种主要的农业剩余劳动力转移途径，并在此基础上提出促进我国农业剩余劳动力转移的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Agricultural labor migration is the result and trend of industrialization and modernization and a basic way to solve problems concerning ＂agriculture, rural area and farmers＂ in China. The paper introduces the status quo, analyzes three leading path of labor migration and puts forward concrete measures for agricultural labor migration. |
